What You’ll Do: Administer IV Therapy: Start IVs, monitor treatments, and ensure safe, effective care. Lead and Train Your Team: Hire, develop, and mentor staff , creating a positive, growth-focused environment. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Maintain regulatory standards and promote safety and professionalism. Inspire and Educate: Provide training to staff and educate clients on wellness therapies and nutritional health. Manage Performance: Set goals , monitor progress, and provide feedback to build a high-performing team. Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends in IV therapy and holistic health practices. Who You Are: Passionate About Holistic Wellness: Excited to be part of a natural health mission. Experienced and Licensed: RN (Registered Nurse) with 2+ years of IV therapy and leadership experience. Tech-Savvy and Organized: Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Strong Communicator and Mentor: Comfortable training staff , building teams, and leading by example. Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: Able to multi-task and keep operations running smoothly. Physical & Mental Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs assisted.
