Server Manager - Urgent Hiring!

Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual looking to lead a dynamic team in the food & beverage industry?

We are looking for a talented Server Manager to join our team immediately. As a Server Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and loving environment, where you will learn valuable leadership skills and be part of a delicious team that values enthusiasm and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the server team
Train and mentor new servers
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent
Previous experience in the food & beverage industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule
