Start Date: ASAP | Compensation: $3,637.50 - $3,937.50

Our organization is currently in search of a Board-Certified Hematology-Oncology physician to join our team at ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital located in Tarboro, NC. New hires are required to attend an orientation session the day prior to their initial shift.

We are looking for coverage on the following dates:

• November 16-19
• December 7-10
• December 21-23

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

• Primarily outpatient care, with only 1-2 inpatient cases per year.
• Average patient load: 15 patients per day per provider.
• BLS certification from AHA is mandatory.
• No night or weekend shifts required.
• On-call duties do not necessitate remaining on-site.
• No involvement in ICU or critical care procedures.
• No backup support needed in the emergency room.
• 1-2 Advanced Practice Providers (APP) available for support.
• Utilization of Epic Oncology Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• 117-bed facility.
• Level III Intermediate Care Nursery.
• Same Day Surgery Center.
• Orthopedic services available.
• Cardiology department.
• Critical Care Unit.
• Urology services.
• OBGYN department.
• Hospitalist programs in place.
