At Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP), we're on a mission to break down barriers to mental health servicesand we're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to help us make a real difference in the lives of our patients. This is not your typical nursing role. As an LPN at ACP, you'll provide vital administrative and clinical support to our team of psychiatric prescribers. Your day-to-day work will involve primarily phone-based patient contact (approximately 80%), helping manage medication follow-ups, triaging concerns, prescription refills, coordinating care, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and our providers. Direct patient contact will be around 10-20% of your time, making this an ideal opportunity for nurses who enjoy structured, detail-oriented work in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide phone support for patients, including medication education, follow-up calls, and triaging concerns
• Manage prescription refill requests, prior authorizations, and coordination with pharmacies
• Support psychiatric prescribers with administrative and scheduling tasks
• Serve as a compassionate and knowledgeable point of contact for patients navigating their mental health care
• Collaborate with our administrative and clinical teams to streamline care processes and improve outcomes
• Administer injections for outpatient clients (long acting injectables)
• Float to other ACP clinic locations to provide coverage, if needed

Who You Are:

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing (current MN license)
• Experienced with mental health or primary care clinic settings, or highly interested in mental health and psychiatric care
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, administrative-focused setting
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy (EMR experience preferred)
• Compassionate, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicatorespecially over the phone

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

This role requires you to be onsite at our Apple Valley clinic, this is not a remote work position.

Starting Pay Range: $28-$31 hourly. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, and schedule.
