Working closely with the Canadian Lakes Family Medicine office, the clinic provides coordinated, patient-centered care through a collaborative team of experienced healthcare professionals.The practice is home to a diverse group of providers, including Family Medicine physicians, Internal Medicine physicians, Pediatricians, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), allowing patients to receive high-quality care tailored to their individual health needs throughout every stage of life. From preventive care and wellness visits to the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, the team is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal health.Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve.
