Senior Global Employment Counsel AI & HR Compliance
Coinbase, Inc.
Coinbase is seeking an Employment Counsel to provide day-to-day employment law counseling and HR compliance support across its global workforce of about 5,000 employees in 20+ countries. The role covers employment agreements, HR compliance, litigation support, and AI tool deployment in the People team. You will manage performance management, disciplinary matters, and exits while advising on international employment issues and pay equity compliance.
