CT Tech X-Ray Technologist - Hillsboro, OR

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid ARRT Certification (Radiography)
• Oregon state licensure (OBMI) or eligibility upon hire
• Demonstrated competency in general radiography and CT procedures
• Strong knowledge of imaging safety standards and patient positioning
• Experience with PACS and EMR systems preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging exams, including X-rays and CT scans, in accordance with physician orders
• Ensure imaging quality and patient safety through proper technique and equipment operation
• Review and evaluate images for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures to alleviate concerns and ensure cooperation
• Maintain accurate patient records and document completed procedures in electronic systems
• Uphold infection control standards and adhere to departmental protocols
• Support colleagues within the imaging department and respond to workflow demands as needed
