Occupational Therapist Assistant (PRN)

Role: Occupational Therapist Assistant providing in-home occupational therapy to patients, supporting their physical recovery and independence. Responsibilities Adhere to state-specific laws and follow treatment plans set by supervising OT. Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapy within scope and legal guidelines. Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to healthcare team. Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on therapy techniques. Qualifications & Skills Current occupational therapy assistant licensure in practice state. CPR certification, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation. Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments. Preferred: Strong multitasking, independence, communication, and organizational skills. Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $48,175 to $72,263 annually, paid per visit point and hourly, based on productivity and role activities.
