Hourly Wage: $16.2 - $34 per hour (equal or exceed local minimum wage) Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
