Job Summary Supports financial decision-making by monitoring deadlines; collecting, summarizing, and consolidating data; allocating variances; analyzing and interpreting data; conducting comparative analyses; explaining data and assumptions; researching and correcting variance problems; and assembling and analyzing historical financial data. Essential Functions -Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management. -Support the onboarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them. -Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports, and sometimes present them. -Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis. -Assists project teams with financial guidance. -Reviews financial reporting and ensures data integrity to enable management decisions. -Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and regulations. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required Experience 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance required 1+ years of experience in a role within a large healthcare organization preferred Knowledge of capital projects, budgeting and monitoring of capital expenditures Experience using AI tools including Microsoft Copilot Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Good analytical and mathematical skills. Superior Excel Skills is required. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.
