Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an Experienced Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Texarkana, AR 71854 . If you're dependable, motivated, and enjoy keeping apartment communities running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required
- HVAC experience is a HUGE PLUS (not required)
- EPA Certification is preferred but not required
- Experience completing work orders, unit turns, and general repairs
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Ability to prioritize work orders and work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Maintain curb appeal and assist with property upkeep
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
