Head of NA Business Ops & Partner Success

PCN Media is seeking a Head of Business Operations for North America to scale servicing and operations across payment partners. You will define regional operational strategy, ensure servicing models meet partner expectations, and drive growth for the North American market. You will own regional KPIs, SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, build capabilities, and optimize partner success through data-driven decision making.
