We are seeking an Overnight Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, where we provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients throughout the night. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, and personal care

• Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the on-call team and/or healthcare providers

• Engage clients in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as reading, puzzles, or games

• Maintain accurate records of client care and activities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 6+ months experience in home care or a related field

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver's license and reliable and insured transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
