Responsibilities include: Cleaning customer homes using the Molly Maid system Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces Delivering excellent customer service Working efficiently as part of a team Taking pride in detailed, high-quality work Route Leader Roles include: Driving the company vehicle Managing the daily route schedule Maintaining equipment and supplies Supporting team productivity and quality This Job Is a Great Fit If You… Enjoy working with a team Like staying active and moving throughout the day Take pride in doing quality work Enjoy helping people Are dependable and positive Want an opportunity to grow into a leadership role Job Requirements To be considered for this position: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass a background check Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, lifting, reaching) Must be available Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30am – 6:00pm Bilingual preferred but not required Valid driver’s license preferred (for team leader opportunities) Ready for a Fresh Start?
