This role requires strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills, along with intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, to support internal teams, external partners, and day-to-day sales operations. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who takes pride in supporting others, contributing to team success, and helping create an efficient, collaborative work environment. Recipe For Success Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Administrative, or related business support role supporting multiple professionals. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (basic to intermediate), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint. Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Corecentrix, HubSpot, or similar) preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, anticipate workflow needs, and adjust as priorities change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer service mindset. Prior work experience within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Good) broker, sales agency or other food products is desirable. Here is a taste of what you will be doing Customer Service and Administrative Support Processing grocery orders and handling general retailer administrative needs, customer correspondence and order inquiries. Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Charlotte Grocery sales team. Assist with completing New Item Forms (NIF's) Support special projects and other duties as assigned. CRM Administration Maintain accurate customer, retailer, and manufacturer information within the CRM for the grocery channel. Assist Account Executives with data entry and account updates. Monitor data quality and completeness. Maintain accurate coverage records of grocery client base. Generate reports and dashboards to support sales leadership, as needed. Train team members on CRM best practices as needed. Participate in CRM-channel-lead touch base calls.
