Behavioral Health Clinician (Bachelors)

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs across Arizona, including residential, inpatient, outpatient, medication‑assisted treatment and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness and mental illness. Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and deliver quality care to all clients. The BHC completes behavioral health assessments and service plans for all individuals admitted to their assigned program, documents provided services, and coordinates discharges from CBI programs while coordinating care with families or other significant others. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field. Master’s degree preferred but not required. 1–3 years of full‑time health care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations is preferred. Licensure at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (psychologist, social worker, counselor, marriage and family therapist, or addiction counselor) is preferred. Valid identification required.
