COMMERCIAL PRODUCER | Top National Broker
• Seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Producer to join one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the country. This is a rare opportunity to join a producer-led organization, with cutting-edge AI tools, and equity options.
• This agency is built BY producers, FOR producers and understands what is necessary to be successful. This is a collaborative culture that supports team splits between departments and celebrates wins.
• If you're a successful producer frustrated with delayed payouts, low commission splits, lack of support, equity, or being stuck at a firm with no growth trajectory - this is your move.
• Develop and maintain a book of commercial business (middle-market focus, $50K+ premiums)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Conduct needs assessments and risk analysis
• Present comprehensive insurance solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (risk management, claims, operations)
• Cross-sell across P&C, Benefits, and Personal Lines platforms
• Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates QUALIFICATIONS
• Active P&C license
• Middle-market account experience
• Proven new business development track record
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition COMPENSATION
