Principal Biostatistician

To support complex clinical studies, the full-time Principal Biostatistician will design, analyze, and interpret clinical data while collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality statistical output and adherence to timelines. Key responsibilities Act as the study lead for multiple clinical studies, overseeing all biostatistics-related activities Review and develop clinical protocols and statistical analysis plans, providing feedback on design and methodologies Mentor junior statisticians and represent the biostatistics function in internal and external meetings and audits Required qualifications Master's degree or higher in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or related disciplines Strong experience in a Contract Research Organization Proficiency in one or more statistical programming languages, preferably SAS Good understanding of ICH guidelines and the regulatory landscape Knowledge of advanced statistical methods such as survival analysis and logistic regression
