Position Summary Agents will engage with guests selling and redeeming product(s) at our ticket windows. Agents answer questions and provide information about products, pricing, and promotions. This position is located at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake. Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience. Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities At least sixteen (16) years old Cash handling experience preferred Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and timeliness Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation and your ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.
