Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through telehealth, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, client goals, and ongoing evaluations of progress.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, guiding clients through immediate distress and connecting them to additional resources if required.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Engage in continuous learning and supervision, staying abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Iris Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health obstacles. You will play a critical role in helping clients achieve personal growth, improve communication skills, and strengthen familial bonds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years' experience providing therapy services, especially in a remote capacity, is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
