Job Title: Manager, Security Awareness and Culture

Location: Kuala Lumpur, MY

The job

The Manager of Security Engagement, APAC is responsible for leading cybersecurity awareness and engagement initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This includes executing global campaigns with regional context, localizing messaging for cultural and operational fit, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing regional feedback and performance insights to the global team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the APAC ambassador for the global security engagement strategy

• Tailor and localize content for cultural relevance and operational impact

• Build partnerships with regional leaders, HR, and IT

• Facilitate events, town halls, training rollouts, and communications in region

• Skills: Cross-cultural communication, stakeholder engagement, localization, presentation, initiative ownership** Drives inclusion and reach across a vital and diverse global region.

Essential requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, communications, or cybersecurity programs

• Demonstrated knowledge of APAC business environments and cultural fluency

• Experience executing regional programs in a global organization

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Familiarity with cybersecurity training, compliance, or risk topics a plus
