Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 4/10s per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Full-time 40 hours per week; Overtime applies after 40 hours per week; Unpaid lunch; Start Date: 10/1/2026; Ongoing
• Job Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, and Infusion Center
• Types of Cases: Oncology clinic management, patient infusions, assessments, and management of possible infusion reactions; Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients; 8-10 patients per shift; No call required
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days; Clean files preferred for 10/1 start date; Non-clean files accepted but full privilege process required (90+ days); Hospital/surgery center privileges required; Temporary privileges available; Malpractice insurance provided by vendor

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required; Fellowship required
• Certifications: BLS required; DEA required; Experience in oncology clinic required
• Licensure: Active Washington State license required, will consider IMLC
