Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Sales Customer Engagement Specialist at Kazi Inc., you will play a critical role in driving our sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Engage with customers to complete sales.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to travel as needed.

On-Target Earnings: $45,000–$65,000 per year
This is a performance-based position with earnings tied to individual sales performance and achievement of established goals. Actual earnings may vary based on performance.
