Required Skill Set Strong MS SQL Server experience (development, interpret and understand complex queries, data validation, troubleshooting) Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking Capable of communicating technical information clearly and effectively Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Experience working cross functionally with technical and non technical teams Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously Background in scripting or automation (Batch, PowerShell, or similar) Experience with project coordination and time management for your own projects Handle fast paced, high pressure workload – self starter Excellent note taking and documentation skills Able to independently assess and prioritize work based on urgency and impact Desired Skills Familiarity with healthcare data formats Experience with GE Muse Experience supporting back-end databases for software systems Experience with EMR/EHR systems or healthcare practice management platforms Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and data privacy best practices Experience with data conversions, migrations, or ETL processes Windows server knowledge Programming language (vb.net, c#, c++) Experience in a tech support role / help desk role Roles and Responsibilities Support the implementation of MES solutions using the Software Suite, owning all technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Engage in every phase of assigned projects–contributing to architectural, design, and functional decisions—to help ensure delivery aligns with budget, timelines, and customer expectations. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored strategies through site assessments. Provide standard recommendations on workflows, applications, interfaces, reporting, testing, and data uploads during implementation. Responsible for go live preparation, go live support, and post deployment check‑ins, working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to ensure a successful rollout and high customer satisfaction. Developing in-depth knowledge of technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
