Salesforce Business Analyst

Customer Information Management Team RoleWK is starting a customer information management team to drive the account and contact migration from three Salesforce systems to one centralized system. They are seeking a US based Business Analyst/Data Analyst to help with this project.Project Responsibilities Tasks:- While part of a team that is merging three legacy Salesforce systems into one centralized system, the person will need to be able to take data sets from multiple sources and summarize what is in the data.- Blend and manipulate information across multiple different data sources.- Use excellent written skills and Excel skills to summarize and report data/process flow between systems.- Test data in the new system for accuracy.Strong analytical background and understanding of data/process flow between systems.Strong data manipulation skills to blend information across different data sources.Must be able to use script, SQL, Excel to do any ETL for any data analysis.Expertise in system and multiple data source testing. Must be able to bring data quality issues proactively.Knowledge of Salesforce.com, D&B and experience with data cleansing project are a plus. Accuracy and attention to details.Good communication skills (especially written). Must be able to summarize data findings and data recaps for any issues and gap.
