Built on strong customer relationships and deep industry knowledge, we go beyond distribution—delivering Supplies + Support through expertise, service, and a commitment to making every customer touchpoint a plus. #imperialbradyjobs **All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Brady and not a personal email address.** Full-Time Salary: $110,000 to $125,000 per year Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM You will: Key financial stakeholder and manager of Operating Expenses: ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with strategic initiatives Partner with the SVP, Operations, Sr. Director FP&A, and regional leadership teams to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and profit margin expansion Deliver actionable insights to the SVP, Operations and regional leadership team that allows them to make informed decisions Lead the month-end close process for Operating Expenses. Develop and maintain KPI’s and dashboards (e.g., price/volume, warehouse productivity, customer profitability, etc.) to drive accountability and measure performance against company goals Analyze financial and operational trends to identify margin improvement and cost optimization opportunities Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, supported by reasonable assumptions and inclusive of a balanced set of risks and opportunities You have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2+ years of progressive, relevant Finance experience; ideally from consulting, investment banking or a fast-paced operating company. Experience with a multi-location business in a public or private equity-backed environment is preferred. Strong executive presence, business acumen, strategic thinking and presentation skills Effective communicator with the ability to deliver complex financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders Advanced technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and the ability to navigate large, complex datasets Hands-on, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating complexity, driving change, and meeting deadlines with urgency and sound judgment Proven ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and experience operating in a large organization We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
