A Certified Medical Assistant is a vital, hands‑on member of the care team who works directly with patients and providers in clinics, hospitals, and specialty practices. What You'll Do Work with doctors to room patients Assist with procedure setup Perform point-of care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services Manage patient flow, and support everything from check‑in to discharge Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent Provide referral orders. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Be a Certified Medical Assistant within the state of Washington, or enrolled in a CMA program with only 3-6 months remaining before completion Proof of vaccinations (may be required) Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) Strong listening and communication skills Flexible schedule availability Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day Access to a laptop (you'll be provided one after training but need your own for training) Sign on bonus: $500 Sign-On Bonus: Earn an extra $500 when you join our team!
