Manage, evaluate, and generate loan portfolios while building community relationships. Sourcing new agricultural, commercial, or consumer loan clients.

Interviewing applicants and evaluating financial data and collateral using sound underwriting guidelines. Ensuring all loan files strictly adhere to state and federal lending laws, bank policies, and internal targets. Monitoring existing loan accounts and handling collections on delinquent loans when necessary.
