Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience working in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement appropriate therapy interventions for students with diverse needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students referred for occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in line with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student achievement and access to the curriculum
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input regarding student progress and needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services, evaluations, and progress
• Educate students, staff, and families about strategies and accommodations to enhance student participation in daily school activities
