Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Layout professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. Key Responsibilities

- Create and refine graphic layouts for print, digital, marketing, presentation, or production materials.
- Prepare artwork and layout files with strong attention to alignment, spacing, typography, color, and brand consistency.
- Review design files for accuracy, quality, and production readiness before final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, revisions, deadlines, and final output needs.
- Manage multiple layout projects while maintaining quality, organization, and timely completion.
- Make edits, updates, and adjustments based on feedback while ensuring final materials meet specifications.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $23.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Las Vegas, NV.
- Work arrangement: 2 weeks of onsite training, then hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
- Client will supply a laptop, keyboard, and mouse.
- Candidates must have hard-wired internet, no Wi-Fi.
- Internet speed must meet one of the following options: Option 1 is 1 Gig download and 35 upload, or Option 2 is 500 download and 10 upload.
- Candidates must pass a background check.
- Overtime is mandatory when needed.
- Weekend work may be required when needed.

- Review, edit, and finalize layout files to meet quality, formatting, and brand standards.
- Manage multiple design and layout assignments with accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete revisions and deliver final files according to project specifications.

- 3-5 years of graphic layout, production design, or related creative/design experience.
- Strong layout skills with attention to spacing, alignment, typography, color, and visual consistency.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, project instructions, and production requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors before final delivery.
- Comfortable handling feedback, revisions, and deadline-driven assignments.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule after onsite training.
- Must have qualifying hard-wired internet access for remote workdays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience preparing files for print, digital, marketing, presentation, or production use.
- Familiarity with common graphic design and layout software.
- Previous experience in a business services, agency, production, or corporate creative environment.
- Strong long-term interest in a temp-to-hire creative production role.
