UI/UX Designer
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Remote/Hybrid/Onsite (Based on Business Requirements)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to transform business requirements into engaging and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Ensure consistency in branding and visual design across products.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Improve product usability by analyzing user feedback and analytics.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or consumer-facing applications.
Understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards.
Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience designing dashboards, CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Salary Range

₹8,00,000 – ₹16,00,000 per annum (Based on experience, skills, and location)
