Sending Fulfillment Center (SFC) Team Lead

Open Role: Fulfillment Center Team Lead This position is responsible for direct support of Area Manager and overall warehouse operations per the respective process path. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing orders, maintaining quality control within process, as well as coaching and development of a team of associates while managing other administrative tasks. Who You Are Strong team player, self-starter, positive attitude and high integrity Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Documents, Drive) and internal warehouse management system (i.e. Koerber) Attention to detail, drives tasks to closure efficiently with error-free end results Strong sense of urgency, superior problem solving, organizational and time management skills Required Qualifications Ability to arrive 15 mins prior to shift start time to help prepare shift Must be able to lift 49 lbs Ability to be on feet for upward of 10 hours per day High school diploma or equivalent Leadership experience involving conflict resolution, managing interpersonal relationships, and providing leadership and feedback in challenging situations Continuous improvement experience, including process optimization in a warehouse environment and knowledge of lean process improvement principles A Typical Day Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, and assigning job duties Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline) Coaching associates to work safely at all times Participating in safety initiatives Filling in as needed with production duties Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals Reviewing and updating SOP as required Assisting in keeping work area clean and organized Benefits Comprehensive Medical Plans LSA Program 401K Plan FSA Plan Monday - Friday 5:45 am - 2:30pm shift (may vary and change depending on business needs) Location: 61st Ave & VanBuren (Phoenix, Arizona) How we work We work sane, sustainable and flexible working hours.
