Job Overview
Hospitalist physician employment in Ohio – Swing Shift position located close to Indianapolis and Cincinnati. The team consists of 13 physicians and 4 APPs.
Responsibilities
- Admit direct admissions and ER admissions. Discharge patients.
- Respond to codes, rapid response teams, and stroke alerts.
Compensation
$335,000 base salary. Up to $25,000 in Value Based Incentive bonus – total potential yearly income $360,000.
Schedule
Tues‑Mon 2pm–2am, 7 on / 7 off. Open ICU. Competitive base salary. Qualifying site for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor. Open to Internists and Family Medicine physicians with or without US residency. Current US work visa required.
