Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Overview Join to apply for the Merchandise and Stocking Associate role at Sam's Club . The hourly wage range is $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Responsibilities Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding with self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Maintain facility safety and cleanliness according to company policies (including safety sweeps and following forklift spotting procedures). Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with policies: zone the area, stock, arrange, and display merchandise; remove damaged goods; price and label products; identify shrink and damages; and secure fragile and high-shrink items. Monitor product quality by rotation, date codes, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Assist with club pick up orders and staging to ensure orders are filled per policy and procedure. Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; adapt to changing priorities and complete tasks with progress communicated. Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Unload trucks promptly and assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
