One of the most rewarding parts of Autism 360 is our PREP360 program — designed to help children build the skills needed for preschool, kindergarten, and beyond.

As a BCBA, you’ll have the opportunity to guide children through some of their biggest milestones while helping families feel confident about the future.

• Preschool-style routines and classroom readiness
• Group learning and peer interaction
• Communication and social skill development
• Early academic foundations
• Independence and adaptive skills
• Family collaboration and transition support

What We Offer

Compensation ????

• $90,000 - $100,000 salary range (based on experience and competency)
• Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential
• Bonus structure focused on consistency and clinical quality
• No excessive billable hour pressure tied to bonuses

Schedule Designed for Real Life ????

Enjoy a schedule that protects your personal time:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No evenings
• No weekends

Hybrid Flexibility ????

After your first 90 days, BCBAs can complete up to 10 hours per week remotely for tasks like:
• Parent trainings
• Program modifications
• Report writing
• Administrative responsibilities

Giving you more flexibility and work-from-home balance while still maintaining strong in-center collaboration and team connection.
