Our client , in Nebraska City, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector in Nebraska City, isseeking an Assembler to join their team . As an Assembler , you will be part of the Production Department supporting both the 1st and 2nd shift teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , reliability , and a collaborative mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler
Location: Nebraska City
Pay Range: $21 - 1st Shift- - $23/hr - 2nd Shift
What’s the Job?
- Assemble and inspect products to ensure high quality
- Maintain safe and efficient operations
- Monitor production and participate in continuous improvement
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines
- Complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift (if applicable)
What’s Needed?
- Strong coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to read and write in English
What’s in it for me?
- Pay rate -- $21/hr for 1st shift or $23/hr for 2nd shift
- Shifts: 1st shift - 5 am to 3:30 pm or 2nd shift - 3:30 pm - 2 am
