Mental Health Therapist

Location : Owensboro,KY

Job type : Full time

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job summary:

Seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and family therapy, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based interventions, including CBT and trauma-informed care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Participate in team meetings and coordinate client care.

Provide clinical guidance and supervision as needed.

Qualifications :

Master's Degree in a clinical discipline.

Active professional licensure in the applicable discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents.

Strong knowledge of child development, family systems, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed treatment.
