Schedule - Weekend requirement: One weekend/month (Saturday 0600 to Monday 0600) - On-call required for cardiac emergencies

Requirements - 2 years of experience - Travel experience: Required - BLS certification - Charting system: Epic (required) - Unit-specific skills: CVOR/CV surgery experience, cardiac monitoring, femoral cannulation, IABP, LVAD support, hybrid OR exposure, scrub for cardiovascular surgery, specimen handling, familiarity with electrosurgical units and other OR equipment

Roles & Responsibilities - Provide care for adult patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. - Assist with surgical procedures, including scrubbing and circulating as needed. - Monitor patients' hemodynamic status and respond to emergencies. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Implement and adhere to universal safety protocols in the operating room.

Compliance / Notes - Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. - Orientation modules: Approximately 16 hours (non-billable). - Return-to-work rule: 3 months required between permanent employment and travel assignment.
