If you're ready to lead, innovate, and make an impact, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do Lead the Team: Manage scheduling, assign installers, and oversee the daily operations. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are happy by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining strong relationships. Site Inspections: Regularly inspect job sites to ensure quality and efficiency. Payroll Management: Approve and submit weekly payroll for installers. Recruitment: Onboard new installers to strengthen our team. Operational Excellence: Support achieving customer satisfaction and compliance goals. Skills & Experience Excellent Communicator: You know how to listen and lead with clarity. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred Other Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.
