Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care)Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Position is full time in person in our downtown Braintree Office. We're a family-oriented team that takes pride in supporting both our clients and our caregivers every day.Position OverviewWe're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules and ensure our clients receive consistent, reliable care. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and clear communication.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and staff availabilityManage real-time schedule changes and communicate updates promptlyMaintain accurate client and caregiver records, including availability and assignmentsEnter new client and employee information into internal systemsTrack and update employee attendanceReview schedules for payroll and billing accuracySupport daily operations with additional administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking ForExperience in high-volume scheduling required (home care experience strongly preferred)Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with scheduling systems and standard office equipmentBonus PointsPrevious caregiving experience is a plus-your insight matters hereBenefits401(k) with company matchHealth insurancePaid time offEmployee discountGuardian Angel Senior Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
