Senior Business Reporting Analyst Lead

Job Summary The Business Systems Analyst Lead works with business partners within one or more business units to align technology solutions with business strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage business operations data, reporting, and analysis efforts for Technology. Develop and enforce reporting standards, governance policies, and data quality practices. Drive reporting automation initiatives to eliminate manual, spreadsheet‑based processes. Own and support budget, staffing, workforce, operational, and spend reporting for the BMO and Technology organization. Collaborate with business partners to deliver the right reporting solutions. Coach, mentor, and guide BMO analysts and reporting resources, reviewing technical work and facilitating problem‑solving on reporting and data challenges. Maintain knowledge of the reporting architecture across AWS Athena, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Excel, and identify scalability and efficiency improvements. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 8 to 12 years of related experience. Key Qualifications Tableau and Power BI experience required; able to personally build reports and dashboards. Experience with AWS Athena and SQL. Experience with Python for reporting automation and data processing. Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with executive and C‑suite audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop analysts; experience as a hands‑on manager.
