Urgent Care Physician

Urgent Care Physician - Delaware Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, and medical assessments. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, injuries, and chronic conditions. Perform urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, injections, and pain management. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance. Provide patient education, follow-up recommendations, and referrals when needed. Oversee clinical processes and support mid-level providers. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Active Delaware medical license (or ability to obtain). Prior clinical experience preferred. Schedule 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days per week. Rotating schedule with some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $300,000+ with bonus potential. Ownership opportunities available. Medical malpractice coverage with tail. Three weeks PTO. $2,500 annual CME allowance.
