Virtual Legal Services Customer Support Representative

Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? In this remote role, you'll be the person customers count on when they need help with an order. Whether it's tracking a package, returning an item, answering warranty questions, or finding the right automotive part, you'll help customers find the answers and solutions they need. Every call brings something different, giving you the opportunity to make someone's day a little easier while delivering a great customer experience! Pay : The starting pay is $15.50 per hour, with the possibility of being offered more based on your automotive knowledge, education, and experience. Position: Full-Time | Remote Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM – Midnight ET Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET Training Schedule: Monday–Friday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM ET Hands-on training to prepare you for success. *Overtime: Using company-provided equipment and our Talkdesk application, you'll handle inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional service while addressing post-sale related questions and concerns. High speed cable Internet 25mb plan minimum (No DSL) Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and internet navigation Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and resolve issues using available tools and resources Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism with customers and co-workers. Ability to follow direction, meet department standards, and improve individual and team performance Work Experience/Education : High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Customer service experience preferred.
