Marketing Coordinator – Sales Team We are seeking an engaging, customer‑focused Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales Team. The role focuses on providing exceptional service, ensuring the team has necessary tools, and creating a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, and schedule calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager. Send packages and address general questions. Create monthly recaps of leads and updates. Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours. Prepare Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate. Control office supplies and order supplies when necessary. Update Sales System with actuals after events. Send thank you cards/emails to clients. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous hotel or resort experience preferred. Strong desire to make an impact on others. Outgoing and engaging personality. Strong computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Compensation $21.00 – $24.00 per hour.
