Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate male Home Health Aid. You will provide companionship and personal care to people who require assistance with activities of daily living where they live.

Responsibilities of a Home Health Aid:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.

• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Skills and Qualifications of a Home Health Aid :

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aid preferred but not required.

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Smart phone and basic technical skills are required for this job.
