Cycle Counter Application Deadline: 2 October 2026 Department: Manufacturing & Distribution - General Labor Employment Type: Full Time Location: Columbia, PA - Plant Reporting To: Karen Swigert Compensation: $22.55 - $25.05 / hour Description Objective The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining an accurate view of inventory across the facility through the timely execution of cycle counts and the identification and escalation of inventory-related issues. The role provides critical support to production operations by ensuring reliable inventory visibility and enabling informed operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Inventory Visibility and Control Execute assigned cycle counts in accordance with the established scanning schedule and priorities. Monitor inventory condition throughout the facility and identify issues impacting inventory visibility, including unlabeled materials, incorrectly staged inventory, and location integrity concerns. Escalate findings to the appropriate supervisor or Inventory Control Manager. Inventory Issue Identification and Escalation Maintain an inventory issue log and document all discrepancies identified during scanning activities. Clearly communicate unresolved inventory concerns and risks that may impact production schedule or material availability. Process Discipline and Standardization Follow established cycle counting procedures, inventory control standards, and scanning protocols consistently, and in accordance with defined work instructions. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy Ability to follow standard work and established inventory procedures Ability to operate handheld scanners and inventory tracking tools Strong communication skills for documenting and escalating inventory issues Ability to work independently and manage daily scanning assignments Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
