About the Role:
ALWAYSNEAR HOME CARE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising staff
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Support patients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
Document care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
Strong knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Atlanta, GA area
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
