Job Description

The Warehouse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment. This role involves coordinating staff, optimizing warehouse processes, and maintaining accurate records to support overall supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits
Implement and improve warehouse processes to maximize efficiency
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with other departments to support operational goals
Monitor equipment maintenance and manage warehouse facilities
Analyze and report on key performance indicators.
