Packaging Associate

Join a production team where you'll help package quality products, operate equipment, and support daily production in a clean, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Package and label products accurately

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment

• Stage ingredients and materials for production

• Perform quality and safety checks

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

• Support production and packaging operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, food production, or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $24.25/hr.
