Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Ellicott City, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes that provide excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and consistent earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait time.
- 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
